		<description><![CDATA[I am going to have to try this one.  Thanks for the link!  I do like to do more slow rises and presoaking with the gluten free flours.  I am one of those that likes a good sourdough-type flavor of a good rustic bread, so this sounds like it will be yummy!  I know what I am doing this weekend!

If you do the brioche, can you post about it.  Oh, that is one bread I remember fondly...  I think it may be a hard on to not snack on though!  ;o)]]></description>
