I think it would be good over polenta too but we usually do pasta.

It’s crazy hot here in NM too. We normally aren’t this hot but we’ve had record temps for 4 days now. Hopefully it will cool down. I have had kale to make kale chips but haven’t wanted to turn on the oven, so the chickens may be getting some kale instead…
