I had the same problem coming up with a menu plan this week. And I don't want to go to the grocery store either. I just want to finish up wrapping gifts, and spend time baking instead. If only we could live well on muffins, cookies, and candy. :) Good thing we have yummy GF Red Beans and Rice and Tamales to keep us happy and healthy. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Renee
I see you have a cookbook from a local favorite of mine. Jenni is so cool and a tour of her little ice cream business where she shows how to make her signature ice cream concoctions in a canning jar is one of the best things to do in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio. I even used her book in my summer cooking classes for kids to not only eat delicious desserts, but show them how locals can succeed on a national level. Wishing you a lovely Christmas. It sounds like you've found your own traditions that sound pretty special to me.
